I want to leave my review about Max Home Invest and about its employee Svetlana in particular. We rested in the city of Alanya from August 7 to September 7, 2019. And we began to plan the trip in March. Svetlana has done a great job in selecting housing for our family. She was not too lazy and filmed the courtyard, the entrance, the apartment itself, as well as walked from the apartment to the sea and rented the beach itself. She explained everything in an accessible manner, answered any questions and sent the necessary documents according to the preliminary contract during. From time to time she sent us a video about the weather in Alanya, to us people thousands of kilometers from this place, it was very important to keep in touch. And when day X arrived, Svetlana ordered us a transfer and was waiting for us at the house. She walked home, showed the apartment, explained what and how it works, warned of possible misunderstandings. She was in touch all the time and answered all our questions. We could find out from her which bus we needed to take and where we could get on it, which was the best hamam in the city, where to buy one or the other, and there were many different questions. We traveled just as easily and naturally, there were no problems and misunderstandings. The vacation was wonderful! We liked the city! We did not sit in the hotel, as it was before, but spent it very actively and unforgettably! I highly recommend everyone to think not about hotel rest, but about apartments. You will not be attached to the hotel schedule, you will be at home, but by the sea! We spent our leisure time on independent excursions to the old fortress, watchtower, Klepatra beach, Dim cave, and just walked along the coast. As for the apartment, we opted for a 3-room apartment in Sea Star apartments, in the Tosmur area. I definitely recommend this LCD for living, the territory is large, green, well-groomed, many flowers, a large barbecue area, which we used 2 times and we really liked, a large pool for adults and a smaller one for very small ones, water slides, gym, games room, a bar in the pool area, where you can order food, a sauna, a friendly concierge. The house is located on the second line, very close to the sea. At first we went to the nearest beach, but then we found that the N18 beach is better and went there. Convenient location, near the Migros supermarket, a roaming market on Thursdays, where you can buy vegetables, fruits, delicious sweets, clothes and souvenirs. A few stops from the house is the shopping center "Alanium", I recommend to visit, there you can find good brands at good prices. All family members liked the vacation and we decided for ourselves that we would prefer this type of vacation to a hotel next year!
